WHATEVER NEXT?
Whatever Next? is an online support programme for people in the HEIs I work with, who are considering their future.
This is a free programme, offered on a pro bono basis, in recognition of the challenging times that many of us are facing.
Who am I?
I have worked as a freelance facilitator and coach for 30+ years; for the last 20 of those with many universities. I have also worked as a senior consultant with Right Management, one of the world’s leading outplacement consultancies.
What’s the idea?
Whatever Next? will include:

An online introductory workshop with me on Friday 18th September (and subsequently available as a video for those joining the programme later)

A framework for thinking about careers, generating possibilities and strategies, and managing oneself in times of transition

A set of resources - exercises, handouts etc - to support that framework

Regular peer support sessions, online, structured and facilitated by me on alternate Friday mornings.
Who is it for?
If you work for any of the HEIs on my client list, whether as an academic or a member of the professional services, you are welcome to participate.
How do I join?
Simply log on at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89270614181 on Friday 18th September, at 10.00 - 12.00 and any alternate Friday thereafter till Christmas (that is, 2,16, 30 October, 13, 27 November, and 11 December) at the same time. If you miss the introductory workshop, contact me and I will send you the link to the recording.
